I'm overseas - why am I having issues on bikesales?

If you are currently based overseas, you may encounter issues seeing a seller's phone number, sending enquiries or logging into your account. bikesales is a local classifieds site so we recommend waiting until you are in Australia to start your search. If you are currently selling and heading overseas, we suggest pausing your ad for the duration of your trip (don't worry - you can pause and unpause as many times as you like free of charge) or transferring the ad to a trusted person to sell on your behalf. If you are not overseas but you are encountering these issues, please check whether you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), disconnect, and try again. These are commonly used in workplaces where the main business is based overseas.
